Tom Collins

The Tom Collins cocktail is one of the absolute classics. For over 150 years, it has been part of the standard repertoire of every bartender. No wonder, because the Tom Collins consists of only three ingredients – apart from the mineral water. In the wake of the gin renaissance of recent years, the Tom Collins became known again in this country.

If you like the Tom Collins, it’s super easy to give it your own personal touch. To do this, replace the sugar syrup with an aromatic fruit syrup and let your taste imagination run wild.
