The Bellini – A delicious alternative to the Mimosa

The Bellini is a delicious change from sparkling wine with orange juice. Invented in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry’s Bar in Venice, it is made with Prosecco* and pureed white peaches. Bellinis are usually served chilled (without ice) and garnished with a slice of peach.
